If you've received a gift order without accompanying order details, please contact the sender and request that they either:
- Forward the gift receipt to your email address. They can do so by following the steps mentioned on this article: How To Send A Gift Receipt? – Help Center | American Tall
- Provide you with the order number, and their email address or postal code.
If you’d prefer not to reach out to the gift giver, you can still get the order information or start a return or exchange through our Gift Return Portal. Just follow these simple steps:
1. Open the Gift Return Portal: Visit our regular Return Portal and select “Return a Gift.” This will take you to the gift‑specific return process.
2. Select “Don’t have your order information?”: If you don’t have the order number or receipt, choose this option. You’ll be taken to a form where you can share any details you know about the gift.
3. Provide the details you know: Enter as much information as possible about the item and the sender. This helps our team locate the order in our system. If you’d like to exchange the item(s) for a different size, please include the new size(s) you want.
4. Add your contact information: Share your email and shipping address so our team can communicate with you directly. Providing your address also ensures that any exchange items are shipped to you—not the original sender.
5. Submit your request: Click “Continue” to send your information to our team. We’ll begin searching for the order and will contact you at the email you provided within 1-3 business days. If we need any additional details, we may reach out for clarification.
