If your order has not yet entered the processing phase, you can edit it through your American Tall Account. Follow the steps below:

1. Log In: Access your American Tall Account using your registered email.

2. Select Your Order: Navigate to the recent order and click “Edit Order.”

3. Editing Landing Page: On the landing page, choose any of the edit option to proceed. Once an option is selected, your will be directed to the actual editing page as shown in step number 4.

4. Make Changes: Follow the prompts to complete your edits, then save your changes.

 

What order edit or change options do I have?

Below are the changes you can make after placing an order:

  • Shipping address
  • Adding another Product
  • Change product quantity
  • Switch Product - Change product color or style
  • Change Product Size or Length
  • Change contact Information
  • Apply Discount Code
  • Request Cancellation
  • Download Invoice
  • Review Order Summary

 

Shipping Address

If you notice that your address is incorrect after the order has been placed, you can update this under the “Verify Your Address Details – Shipping Address options”. Once selected, it will prompt you to complete your full address again to ensure everything is correct! Please ensure that your address is entered correctly.

Adding another product

After purchasing, you might come across a product you want to add to your existing order. You can add this item to your order by using the “Add a Product to Your Order” option. It will prompt you to “Edit your Order” and you can search for the item and then add it!

 

After the item has been added, you must complete the payment for the new item, otherwise it will not ship. There will be a Pay Now button at the top of the screen showing your outstanding payment. Click on the button and complete your payment.

Change product quantity

If you accidentally add two of one item, you can remove the extra item through the “Change Product Quantity” option. 

Once you have removed the extra item, make sure to save, and Accept Refund for the item. We’d like to note that the order will not be processed if refund is not accepted.

You can also use this option to add another of the same item (size and color) if you’d like to purchase more than one. In this case, you will have to complete the payment of additional item using "Pay Now" button at the top right section of the screen.

Switch Product - Change product color or style

If you’d like to swap out one product for another, or change the color of a product, you can use the “Switch Product” option. Once selected, click the Replace button and then you can search the new item or color you’d like to add, as imaged below:

 

Depending on which products you’ve swapped there will either be a pending balance you need to pay, or a refund that can be accepted. As mentioned above, you must select the Pay Now or Accept Refund options to complete your transaction. The order will not be processed if payment or refund is incomplete.

Change Product Size or Length

If the wrong size was selected, you can use the “Change Product Size or Length” option to make these edits.

 

After the new size is selected, you will need to save your changes to ensure that it will update the order. Prices don’t vary between sizes, so there should never be any pending payment or refund for this option.

Contact Information

If you need to update the name, email, or phone number on the order, you can make these changes through the “Contact Information” option.

Once the information has been edited, you’ll need to click “Save Contact Information” for the order to be updated.

Discount Code

If you forgot to add a discount code to your order, don't worry! You can click on the discount code option and enter your code. Please not that store credit or gift coupon is not considered as discount code and the same will not work here. At the moment we do not offer adding store credit or gift coupon once an order is placed.

On applying the discount code, don't forget to accept the refund, otherwise the order will not be processed.

Request Cancellation - Cancel Order

If you need to cancel your order, you can use the “Request Order Cancellation” option. You’ll be prompted to select a reason for the cancellation, and you can write response/feedback so that we can help improve our services and products.

After you click the “Cancel Order” button, you will receive a pop up to confirm the cancellation and to Accept Refund. You need to accept the refund, or the order will not be cancelled.

Once the order has been cancelled successfully, you’ll receive an email confirming the order has been cancelled and refunded.

Download Order Invoice

If you would like to receive your invoice directly after ordering, you can do this through the “Download Invoice” option. You can either download it to your device or have it emailed to you as shown below:

Important Notes:

  • Order editing is only available until the order is not processed. Once an order has entered the shipping process, we cannot make any changes.
  • The method of payment on the order cannot be changed.
  • Shipping method cannot be changed.
  • Gift Card or Store Credit cannot be added once your order is placed.
  • If your order edit is not complete, i.e., the pending payment or refund options aren’t accepted, the order will not be processed.
