What is the status of my Return?

To check the status of your return, follow one of the options below:

Option 1:  Track Using the Return Label: Use the tracking number associated with your return on your return label.

Option 2:  Track Online: You can check your return status using this link. Please ensure you have your order ID handy.

What is the status of my Return Refund or Store Credit?

The status of your refund or store credit associated to the return will depend on the the time taken to deliver your return. Depending on your location, returns can take approximately 3–14 days to be delivered to us. Once your return is delivered, it takes 3–4 working days for us to perform a Quality Check (QC) and process your return.

  • If you requested a store credit, it will appear in your account within 24 hours after your return is processed. Sometimes the store credit email may end up in the junk/spam folder of the email address associated with your order or American Tall account, so we recommend checking those folders. If you still can’t find the store credit refund, please contact our Customer Experience team, and they will reissue it for you. If you'd like to know how to use store credit then refer to this link.
  • If you requested for a refund to your original payment method (credit card or bank account), it may take up to 7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.
