Return Status:
To check the status of your return, follow one of the options below:
Option 1: Track Using the Return Label: Use the tracking number associated with your return on your return label.
Option 2: Track Online: You can check your return status using this link. Please ensure you have your order ID handy.
Return Refund Timeline/ Status:
Your refund timeline or status will depend on the the time taken to deliver your return. Returns take approximately 3–14 days to be delivered to us, depending on your location. Once your return is delivered, it takes 3–4 working days for us to perform a Quality Check (QC) and process your return.
- If you requested for a store credit refund, it will reflect in your account within 24 hours after processing.
- If you requested for a refund to your original payment method (credit card or bank account), it may take up to 7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.
