Return or Exchange of a Gift order is only available for customers who are returning their shipment from Canada or USA. We are unable to offer return or exchange of gift orders to customers from other countries at the moment.

You can return a gift order for store credit or exchange following the steps below:

  1. First, you’ll need to go to our Gift Return Portal and enter the order number and zip/postal code associated with the order as shown in the picture below: Inserting image...
  2. You’ll be asked to fill out your email and shipping address so that we know where to ship the exchange order or email the store credit!
  3. Please make sure to select all items you’d like to return before submitting your return. For each item, select the reason for return and the method (return it or exchange).
  4. After all items are selected you can continue with the return/exchange. On the return summary, you need to accept our Terms and Condition and click on "Submit return!"

After submission you’ll receive an email with all the return instructions and documentation needed to send the items back to us!

Important Notes:

  • The Gift Portal is only for Exchanges and Store Credits. If you want a refund, please follow our regular return process.
  • Filling out your information in the gift portal is required to process a return or exchange.
  • If you’d like to add a gift invoice or note, you must contact us before the order ships.
