How do I update my email?

If you’d like to update your email address, you’ll need to contact our customer experience team to help assist you.

How do I update my shipping address or phone number?

You can do this through your American Tall account on our website! There will be a little icon in the top right hand corner, here you can access your account.

A side panel will appear on the left side of the screen prompting you to log into your account. Once you're logged in you'll need to open the profile tab and there will be a section labelled Shipping Addresses as highlighted in the image below:

Once selected, all the addresses associated with your account will be provided, and you can add a new address or edit an old one. You can also update or add a phone number that you'd like to be associated with the address as shown in the image below:

How can I set or update my password?

Unlike traditional login systems, you don’t need to set or update a password to access your account. Instead, we use a secure, password-free authentication method to ensure a seamless and hassle-free sign-in experience.

  1. Simply input your registered email address when prompted on the sign-in page.
  2. Check your inbox – You’ll receive an email containing a unique login code.
  3. Enter the login code – Use the code provided in the email to complete the sign-in process.

If you prefer a quicker method, you can sign in using your Google account. By selecting this option, you’ll be automatically logged in without needing a code.

How to Erase or Delete My Personal Data or American Tall Account?

If you are concerned about your personal data, rest assured that it is secure with us. We follow strict privacy policies to protect customer information. You can review our American Tall Privacy Policy for more details. However, if you still prefer to have your data removed, you have the following options:

  1. Delete My American Tall Account: This option will permanently delete your American Tall account, and you will no longer have access to your order history or return information associated with the account.
  2. Delete or Erase All My Data: Choosing this option will remove all your personal data from American Tall’s system. Once deleted, there will be no record of your orders, contact details, or past communication with us and you will stop receiving any further communication from us.
  3. Unsubscribe from Marketing Emails: If you simply want to stop receiving marketing emails, refer to our article: How to Unsubscribe From Emails?

How to change my billing information?

Our system does not save customer's billing information. If this data is auto-filling at checkout, this can be caused by the information being saved within your browser. You can update or remove this data through your browser settings.

Important Note: 

  • Deleting your data from American Tall does not guarantee that you will stop seeing ads on social media or your browser. Ads are based on your browsing and search history, which we do not control.
  • If you’d like to delete your American Tall account or have all your information removed from our records, please contact our Customer Experience Team. The deletion process takes up to 14 business days to complete.
