Are there Order Value Limits?

There are no minimum order limits if you’d like to place an order with us. However, if you are in the United States, we do have a maximum order limit of $799 USD, before discount and taxes, for other countries there is no maximum order value limit. 

If your order is beyond this threshold, there will be two errors you may receive, one at checkout and the second in the cart side panel: 

• Checkout: "Your order cannot be shipped to the selected address. Review your address to ensure its correct and try again, or select a different address."
  • Please note that this message can be confusing. It may suggest that there is an issue with your shipping address. However, the actual reason for the error is that the total value of your order exceeds our maximum order Value Limit.
• Side Panel: "Maximum order value per day is $799."

If you find that your order is beyond $799 USD, we always recommend splitting your order in half. This way you will be able to purchase all the items.

Important Notes:

• We can only ship $799 USD a day per customer in the United States.
• The amount of physical items doesn't affect this amount, it is only the total price of all items.
