What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards. Since payments are processed within Canada, occasionally, we encounter difficulties with some cards due to their "out-of-country" restrictions. Mastercard transactions sometimes pose challenges. If you experience any difficulties, please consider using an alternative method. Please note that we do not accept debit cards at checkout.

Express Checkout Options:

• Shop Pay
• PayPal
• Google Pay

Please keep in mind that express checkout options might not accommodate the entry of discount codes or gift cards.

Gift Cards

• American Tall Gift Cards: The gift card code can be entered at checkout. 
• Pre-paid Gift Cards: Pre-paid gift cards aren't directly accepted. However, you may be able to use them through PayPal. 

Store Credits

• You can use your store credit balance by entering the code you received via email on the check out page of your new order. The credit will then be applied to your order.
• If your order total is more than your store credit balance, you can use the store credit first, then pay the remaining amount using any of our available payment options.
