Where are we located?

American Tall is an e-commerce company, and our head office is located in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. We have no physical stores as all American Tall products are sold exclusively on americantall.com.

Can I order online and pick it up at your location?

We’re sorry, but sadly we don’t offer any pick-up options from our location at the moment. All orders will be shipped from our warehouse based on the shipping method selected at checkout. 

Can I drop off my return or exchange at your location?

We're unable to process exchanges or returns on the spot. All returns must be submitted through our returns portal and shipped back to our location. If you'd like to know how to process a return, you can learn here!
