How Do I View Previous Orders?

You can view your previous orders through your American Tall account's order history! You can login to your account by clicking the little person icon in the top right corner of the website as pictured below:

Once you sign into your account, you'll need to go to the "Orders" tab on the bottom of the side panel. Here you'll find all your previous orders as shown in the image below:

If you know the order number, you can check the order status, which will show all the information about the order including email, shipping address, and the items ordered!

Important Notes:

• Placing an order will create an account with us, it will be linked to your email address.
• If it looks like there's an order missing from your order history, it may be because a different email address was used for the order.
